Keyva’s Guru Service provides scheduled access to premium advisory and support services, offering engineering and architectural expertise across leading enterprise technologies. More than traditional L1 or L2 support, our Guru Service is designed to keep your team productive and equipped with the guidance you need to when you need it.
Guru Service is an annual, subscription-based support service. There are three service tiers: Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. Each tier is defined by a Service Level Agreement, which includes response time, scheduling flexibility (options ranging from short, one-hour sessions to extended 4-hour blocks), and priority access.
Once you subscribe to Guru Service, you will receive secure access to our Client Support Portal, which is your gateway to schedule time with a Keyva expert. Simply select the service you need and choose a convenient time. If we have questions, our team will reach out to ensure we understand you’re your specific needs before confirming the appointment. Your scheduled session will take place via teleconference, and you will receive a calendar invite for easy reference. After the session, your support request will be marked as completed, and it will be stored with any relevant documentation or collateral provided during your engagement.
